The Northcrest Civic Association (NCA) March Membership Madness contest was a huge success. We were able to renew 112 out of 157 former members and picked up another 32 new members.
How it Worked
The neighborhood was divided into four teams that competed against each other to score points for new members, renewals and volunteers to be Block Captains. Team 2 – South – coached by Ingrid Nuss won the competition with 12 new members, 36 renewals, and 3 Block Captains for a total of 66 Points. The streets on this team are Archwood Drive, Eaglerock Drive, Kim Court, and Summitridge Drive.
Pizza Party!
Later in the spring there will be a pizza party celebration for the residents of these streets as the winners of the competition. A shout out to Team 4 – West – ,coached by Deb Knott, as the runner-up with six new members, 36 renewals, and two Block Captains for 52 Points. It was a tight race down to the last shot, but they couldn’t pull off a buzzer beater.
NCA Winners
Overall, the biggest winner out of this is the NCA and all of our members. We are beyond excited to have 32 new members and some new energy around the Neighborhood Watch and Safety Committee. If you didn’t get a chance to join or renew during the contest, it’s never too late. Please go to the membership section to quickly and easily join or renew online today! We have some great things in store for 2018 and want to make sure that you will be a part of it - and at $20 per household, it’s a great investment in your neighborhood.
