The Northcrest Civic Association
The Northcrest Civic Association is a non-profit and voluntary association of persons who reside in the Northcrest Neighborhood. The Neighborhood is also recently know as the Northcrest Historic District, located in north Dekalb County, Georgia less than a mile to the east of the intersection of Interstates 85 and 285 (known as the Tom Moreland Interchange).
